Technical Onboarding: Platform Integration vs. Direct OCPI Setup

For platform connections, technical setup is largely handled through the platform. If not yet integrated, you need to integrate with one of the roaming platforms like Hubject, Gireve, ENAPI, etc. Once integrated, you publish an offer reflecting the terms agreed with DCS. By accepting the offer on the roaming platform, we establish commercial, contractual and technical connection.

For direct OCPI connections, there's a structured technical onboarding process with DCS's technical team guiding you through each step:

1. IT Kick-Off - Align on scope, protocol version, timelines, and contacts
2. Initial Configuration & Token Exchange - Set up systems and exchange test tokens
3. Preliminary Tests - Functional testing of authentication, CDR delivery, and location (POI) data
4. End-to-End Testing - Full simulation of the roaming flow before production
5. Production Deployment & POI Set-Up - Go-live and location data verification
