We would like to change our connection model with DCS. What should we do?

This type of migration involves both a commercial and a technical transition. We will first check together if an update is needed in our contractual set-up (an addendum or a new contract to reflect the change). Then we will align on the timeline depending on the scope and IT capacity available on both sides. Finally, we will proceed with the technical onboarding to the new connection model, including all needed tests (if applicable) and configurations as well as will do the offboarding from the legacy one. This needs proper synch to avoid interruption of service or double connection, gaps in data exchange, billing issues.
