Everything starts with a conversation. DCS may reach out to you based on market research or through a roaming platform, or you can approach us directly. The goal at this stage is simple: establish mutual interest and get a basic picture of your network. Once there's mutual interest, DCS assesses the potential value of your network for our EV driver base. This helps define the right scope of partnership and the best connection approach. The evaluation looks at both quantitative factors (size, markets, connector mix) and qualitative ones (quality, pricing competitiveness, technical readiness and roaming protocol capabilities).
