Selection is based on objective KPIs. Each quarter, DCS evaluates all CPOs against the PPN criteria. Top performers are nominated and invited to join.
The key criteria are:
- Quality score - you need to demonstrate consistently high charging reliability and user experience (see Section 4: Improve Your Quality Score for details)
- Market coverage and business relevance - strong presence in key markets
- Pricing competitiveness - give us your best pricing! Together with you we want to enable the best possible tariff for EV drivers!
- Regulatory compliance - full compliance with DCS and applicable regulatory standards, particularly AFIR
- Consistent performance over time - one good quarter isn't enough: sustained delivery matters
