- Observance of notice periods - for example, notifying DCS for price changes, updates to your commercial or technical set up such as migration to new CPMS provider, mergers and acquisitions, new CPO IDs, billing and payment details, etc.
These may seem like administrative details, but failures in these areas have a direct impact on payment processing, customer experience, and your overall standing as a partner.
