Improve Your Quality Score

Delivering a seamless charging experience for EV drivers isn't just good practice - it's a core part of your obligations. Your quality score is how we measure that delivery. It reflects the health of your network across several dimensions: the accuracy of your station data (static and dynamic POI data), the quality and timeliness of your charging detail records (CDRs), the reliability of your authentication services, and how you handle operational and business interactions with DCS. A strong score means drivers can find your stations, charge without friction, and get billed correctly. It also means your account stays in good standing - and opens the door to becoming a Preferred Partner. DCS monitors performance continuously. When issues arise, we work with you to fix them - but persistent non-compliance has real consequences, including station visibility being reduced, invoice processing being suspended, or formal escalation procedures being triggered. The good news: most score improvements are within your direct control.
