Invoicing Guidelines

Getting paid on time is straightforward - as long as your invoice and the accompanying session data meet a few clear requirements. Once your charging stations are live on our platform, you'll invoice us monthly for the sessions your network has delivered to DCS customers. We validate every invoice against the session data we have on our side, so the more accurate and complete your submission, the faster we can process it. Below you'll find answers to the most common questions we get from partners about the invoicing process.

  • I'm a new partner and plan to manage roaming invoices myself - what do I need to do before I can invoice?
  • Where do I send my invoices?
  • When should I submit my invoices?
  • What information needs to be on the invoice itself?
  • What is the CDR file and why do I need to attach it?
  • What fields must be included in the CDR file?
  • Can I change the format or column names in my CDR file?
  • What happens after I send my invoice?
  • What are the most common reasons an invoice gets disputed or rejected?
  • What happens if my invoice is disputed?
  • When can I expect to be paid?
  • Can I subsequently re-invoice sessions which were disputed by DCS and credited by me as the CPO?
