Your CDR score reflects three things: whether your CDRs are correct, whether they are complete, and whether they are delivered on time. Specifically, the following issues are tracked and reduce your score:
- Late CDRs - submitted more than 2 minutes after session end
- Very late CDRs - submitted significantly delayed (these are tracked separately and carry a heavier impact)
- Invalid CDRs - missing mandatory fields or failing protocol validation
- Faulty CDRs - data that is technically implausible, for example energy values inconsistent with your charger's maximum output, or sessions showing zero energy with a duration of several minutes
- Zero-rated CDRs for micro-sessions - sessions with no chargeable value that aren't explained by a valid reason
