Can I resubmit a CDR if it was rejected?

Yes. You can re-submit a raw CDR which has been submitted and rejected before due to erroneous values, with the same or different session ID within three months of the session end date. It is important to notify DCS before doing so. Otherwise, DCS will flag these as duplicates and won't process them.

After 90 days, sessions are no longer eligible for payment
