What are the baseline data requirements for every charge point?

Every station must have a valid and unique EVSE ID, accurate address information cross-checked against geo-coordinates (minimum 5 decimal places), a valid plug type, power/voltage/amperage values, a valid authentication method, access info, and opening hours. Fields must never be submitted as "Unknown" or "Unspecified." New stations must be submitted to DCS no later than 24 hours after they become operational.
