How quickly do I need to update station status when something goes wrong?

Dynamic POI data - including live availability status - must be updated immediately upon any status change, with a maximum latency of 10 seconds. If a station experiences an unexpected malfunction, the status must be updated in real time as soon as you become aware of it.
