Yes, it goes both ways. The same scenarios can be flagged by either side:
- authentication failures,
- session or billing anomalies,
- CDR quality issues,
- location (POI) data problems,
- connectivity or interface failures,
- plans for migration to a different CPMS/backend, roaming platform or connection model
- suspected fraud or misbehaviour
- other.
DCS monitors performance continuously and will reach out if thresholds are breached or anomalies are detected. You should do the same as soon as you spot something on your end.
