What happens after I report an incident?

The incident is logged and classified by severity. Both sides jointly investigate, exchanging data, logs, and session details to reach prompt closure. Once resolved, please confirm the outcome to DCS, including resolution time and any corrective actions taken. Both sides continue exchange on the root cause mitigation even after the incident is closed, to avoid future occurrence.
