What does AFIR say about pricing?

Under Article 5(3) of AFIR, prices charged at publicly accessible charging points must be reasonable, transparent, and non-discriminatory. This means, as a general rule, you cannot charge an eMSP like DCS more than what an end user would pay walking up to your charger and paying on the spot (the "ad hoc" price). The same non-discrimination rule applies between different eMSPs - you cannot offer one EMSP better terms than another without objective justification.
