What is App Authentication quality and how is it measured?

App authentication quality measures how successfully your stations respond to remote authentication commands sent by DCS on behalf of the drivers using apps managed by DCS. Every time a user tries to start or stop a session remotely, that request is tracked. Your app authentication quality score reflects the share of successful responses out of all requests received.
