What counts as a successful response?

A response where the station accepts the command counts as successful. Importantly, a response indicating the charger is already in use also counts as successful - the station responded correctly. What brings the score down are errors originating from your backend, stations reported as out of service or unknown, and failed or unprocessed requests.
