What are the most common reasons for app authentication quality drops?

  • Your backend returning errors in response to DCS commands (CPO errors) 
  • Stations appearing as out of service or unavailable at the time of the request 
  • EVSE IDs that cannot be matched in your system (unknown EVSE)
