Can I have different contracting and invoicing parties?

Yes. If your contracting party (the legal entity that signed the agreement with DCS) differs from your invoicing party (the entity that issues the invoices), both sets of company details need to be maintained and kept current separately. Any change to either party should be communicated to us promptly.
